Install the 'MyFitnessPal' application on your phone and create an account and walk through the basic setup for height, weight, activity level, weight loss/gain goal per week, etc. After you are done then follow the next steps (these steps for the iPhone version of the app but will still work for other phones with minor differences):
*Note - you'll need to mess around and get familiar with how to use the application even after this setup. Also we'll need to talk about food. Now that you're set up how should you eat? You'll need to learn to food prep to make this easy and it takes about 2 weeks to get things running smooth. So more posts will follow and we will try to setup a meeting for those interested. It's VERY important that you hit your macro numbers daily within +/- 4 grams for all carbs, protein, fats and fiber. Also here are the usernames of some of us already using the system.
